RIATA COCKTAIL RECIPE
1.5 oz Double Rye
0.5 oz Cocchi Americano
1 oz Chamomile Tea
0.5 oz Chamomile Meyer Lemon Shrub
3 drops Boston Bitahs
1 oz Fever Tree Sparkling Lemon Soda
Lemon Peel & Chamomile Flower Garnish
Add all ingredients except lemon soda to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass over cube ice and top with Fever Tree Sparkling Lemon Soda. Garnish with a lemon peel & chamomile flowers.
