1/2 oz. Rendezvous Rye
1 1/4 oz. Tahini Washed Aquavit
3/4 oz. Aquafaba
1/4 oz. PX Sherry
1/5 oz. Tamari infused Demerara syrup
1/5 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Yuzu Juice
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Double Shake and Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with blue Rocky Candy.
