Vodka Cocktails

Mrs. Palmer

1.5 oz Vodka 7000’ Peach
0.50 oz High West ginger syrup
1 oz lemon juice
0.50 Limoncello
Iced Tea

Shake ingredients and pour over chip ice into Collins glass. Top with Iced Tea. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Mormon Peach Mule

2 oz High West 7000 Peach Vodka
1 oz Sathenay Creme de Peche de Vigne
1/4 oz Kings Ginger Liqueur
1/2 lemon
3-4 dashes Fee Bros Peach Bitters
top with Reed Xtra Ginger Beer

Place all ingredients into glass except for the ginger beer. Shake, serve on the rocks and top with ginger beer.

Prohibition

1 oz High West Silver Oat Whiskey
¾ oz High West Vodka Peach
Splash of Cranberry juice
1 oz of Rosemary Syrup

Shake all ingredients and serve UP.

For the syrup:
2 cups of sugar, 1 cup  water. Add 4 – 5 Rosemary stems mix in a pot and simmer for 45 min or less.
Once done let cool completely before using (chilled would be best).

Peach Blossom

1.5 oz Peach Vodka
0.75 oz St. Germain
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
Splash soda water

Preparation: Add 1.5 oz Peach vodka, 0.75 oz St. Germain, 0.5 oz Lime juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup and ice to mixing glass. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Fill with a splash of soda water.

Peach Vesper 7000’ Martini

1.5 oz Peach Vodka
0.5 oz Hendricks Gin
0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
Orange Wheel

Preparation: Mix 1.5 oz Peach Vodka, 0.5 oz Hendricks gin, 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc, and ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Orange wheel

Sex on the Mountain

1.5 oz Peach Vodka
1.5 oz Pomegranate
1.5 oz Orange Juice
Orange Wheel

Preparation: Build in a rocks glass, add 1.5 oz Peach Vodka, 1.5 oz pomegranate, 1.5 oz Orange juice. Garnish with a orange wheel
