1 oz High West Double Rye
1 oz Calvados
2 oz Hot Cider
0.5 oz Honey syrup
0.25 oz Lemon juice
2 dashes Cinnamon tincture
Cinnamon stick garnish
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a hot mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Lime wheel garnish
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Rim glass with Smoked Salt. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Add Lime wheel garnish.

1/3 oz Hum Rum
1/3 oz Crème de Violet
1/3 oz St. Germain
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
3 drops Orange Flower Water
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Put all ingredients together over ice, gently stir and strain—serve up with an Orange Peel.

Shake ingredients and pour over chip ice into Collins glass. Top with Iced Tea. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Preparation: Add 1.5 oz Vodka 7000, 0.5 oz Mandarin, 0.75 oz Hibiscus, 1 oz Lime juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup and ice to shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Fill with sparkling wine.

Preparation: Add 1.5 oz Vodka 7000, 0.5 oz Raspberry gum, 0.5 oz Lime juice and ice to mixing glass. Shake and strain over rocks glass of ice. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Mint Sprig
A modern classic based on the recipe for Gluwein enjoyed in Switzerland. Lemonade is made with a simple syrup mulled with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. This is very refreshing in the summer or a great warm-up après ski. Preparation: Fill rocks glass with ice, 1.5 oz Vodka 7000’, High West lemonade, garnish with a splash of pomegranate juice and a sprig of fresh mint.
High West Simple Syrup
Sugar – 5 cups
Water – 4 cups
Lemon – 2 ea
Whole Cloves – 4oz
Cinnamon Sticks – 4 ea
Vanilla bean – 1 ea
Whole nutmeg – 1 ea
Direction:
- Cut the lemon into half
- Put them all together in a pot and make sure to mix it well, so they won’t burn at the bottom
- When starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer it for 30 mins
- Strain and cool them
Ready to use for highwest lemonade
