Add all ingredients in mixing glass- shake- serve on the rocks in tall glass. Garnish with Rosemary.

Western Apple
1 oz High West Double Rye
1 oz Calvados
2 oz Hot Cider
0.5 oz Honey syrup
0.25 oz Lemon juice
2 dashes Cinnamon tincture
Cinnamon stick garnish
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a hot mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

0.25 Grenadine

Paniolo Cocktail
2 oz High West Double Rye
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Pineapple juice
5-6 Mint leaves
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
0.25 Sparkling Wine
Muddle Mint and Simple syrup together in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the Double Rye, Lemon juice, Pineapple juice and ice. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass. Add sparkling wine to top.

0.75 oz Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz Cherry Herring
1/8 oz Absinthe
1/8 oz Lemon juice
3-4 dashes Angostura
Orange Twist garnish
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass of ice. Add Orange twist.
