Gather & Celebrate In Our Saloon

In Old West towns, the saloon was the place to gather for just about everything – from conducting important business to celebrating big events. At High West Distillery, we carry on this Western tradition by offering our incredible rooms for private meetings, conferences, and events. Our wonderfully decorated rooms hold from 10 to 175 people, and are designed to accommodate your unique needs – from corporate retreats to romantic weddings to hosting a music act or screening a movie.

Customized Menus

Our Executive Chef, James Dumas, will customize an a la carte menu for groups of 20-180 people. Menus will be created to your specifications and contain up to six entrée choices – all using the freshest seasonal and regional ingredients.

Meeting Ready Rooms

At High West Distillery and Saloon, we’re prepared to meet all your business needs. Our rooms are equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, as well as audio and visual equipment services. We offer full catering, conference, and banquet support.

The Livery

Check out the National Garage, formerly a livery stable. We’ve left as much of the history intact as possible, so don’t be surprised to see a few extra nails and electric cables and old leather straps on the 100-year-old wooden walls. This is a wonderful space that can hold up to 80 people for a sit down dinner or as much as 180 people for a reception style event, music performance or watching an old black-and-white John Wayne movie.
