Vodka 7000′ Peach

Vodka 7000′ Peach

Our seasonal Peach Vodka is collaboration with Leon Wilson, a peach grower in Roy, Utah. Leon handpicks these peaches the day they hit perfect ripeness. After cleaning and de-stoning, we macerate the fruit in our Vodka 7000' for several weeks to extract the peach essence. It takes four peaches to make every bottle! Roy is next to Brigham City Utah, home of an annual peach festival second to none because the western slopes of the Wasatch Mountains produce some of the best peaches around due to the intense sun they get.
We recommend sipping our Peach Vodka 7000' either straight at room temperature, adding some ice, shaking over ice for a killer martini, or as the predominant mixer in a cocktail like a Peach 7000' Mojito.
Sort of a straight forward name isn't it?
This vodka took us about 30 tries to get right, so please excuse us from sharing exactly how we made it! Distilled in Park City, Utah.

Beverage Testing Institute - "Pale golden amber color. Vivid dried peach aromas leap from the glass and follow through on a round, supple entry to a very fruity medium-to-full body with a touch of peach piecrust, prairie grass and mineral water. Finishes with a spry, drying, peppery peach yogurt and skin accented fade. Impressive aromas and flavors."
