High West is proud to offer our limited release, seasonal fruit vodkas. One of the great things about living in Utah is our bounty of incredible tasting fruit. The high desert climate ensures maximum sun, allowing full development of the fruit’s intense flavors, aromas, and sweetness. We carefully craft our vodka in small batches to capture the fruit’s authentic flavor. Nothing compares to using fresh fruit — you can taste the difference!
We recommend sipping our Peach Vodka 7000’ either straight at room temperature, adding some ice, shaking over ice for a killer martini, or as the predominant mixer in a cocktail like a Peach 7000’ Mojito.
7000’ is the exact elevation of where we distill Vodka 7000’. The unique attributes of our high-altitude locale lead to a great-tasting, distinctively smooth sipping vodka.
Our seasonal Peach Vodka is a collaboration with Leon Wilson, a local peach grower in Roy, Utah. Leon handpicks these peaches the day they hit perfect ripeness. After cleaning and de-stoning, we macerate the fruit in our Vodka 7000’, the only oat vodka in the world, for several weeks to extract the fresh peach essence. It takes four peaches to make every bottle.
