Astor hotel special

1.5 oz American Prairie Bourbon
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
4 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Egg White
Chilled Soda Water
Lemon Peel Garnish

Add all ingredients except soda water to cocktail shaker with cube ice and shake until chilled. Strain back into the cocktail shaker and shake again with no ice (reverse dry shake). Double strain into chilled Old Fashioned glass, top with chilled soda, and garnish with a lemon peel.
