1.5 oz Ron Zacapa
.5 oz High West American Prairie Bourbon
.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
.25 oz St Elisabeth Allspice Dram
.25 oz Fresh Squeezed Ginger Juice
1 barspoon Goslings Black Seal Rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Mint Spring Garnish

 

Fill half a Collins glass with crushed ice, add all the ingredients except Goslings and Angostura bitters into the Collins glass, swizzle, add more crushed ice to form a cone on the top. Add barspoon of Goslings and 2 dashes of bitters, and garnish with a mint spring.
