Rose of Cimarron
1.5 oz High West American Prairie Bourbon
1 oz High West Double Rye
.5 oz Rosemary Strawberry Rhubarb Preserve
.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon juice
2oz GT's Gingeraide Kombucha
Add all ingredients except Kombucha into a cocktail shaker, shake with cube ice, and double strain into an Old Fashioned glass with cube ice. Top off with Kombucha and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
