LION'S TAIL

1.5 oz High West Bourbon
0.5 oz Allspice Dram
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Lime Wheel Garnish

Combine ingredients in shaker with cube ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
