High West Mordecai Cocktail with garnishes

0.75 oz American Prairie Bourbon
0.75 oz Tanqueray 10
0.25 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Matcha Syrup
Barspoon Calamansi Juice
1 Dash St. George Absinthe
1 Egg White
8 Mint Leaves
Mint Leaf Garnish

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake until chilled. Strain back into the cocktail shaker and shake again with no ice (reverse dry shake). Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
