The Cochise can best be described as margarita meets greyhound. A modification for this drink can be to replace the Silver Oat Whiskey with Vodka 7000'.


1.5 oz High West Silver Oat Whiskey
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 gram Fresh Ginger Root
3 dashes Bittermen's Boston Bitahs

Place ginger in shaker and muddle into soft pulp. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake. Strain into ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
