High West Dr. Ham'S Aromatic Invigorator Cocktail with garnishes

1.5 oz Double Rye
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
0.25 oz Ramazotti Amaro
0.25 oz High West Spiced Syrup (see Whiskey Lemonade for recipe)
0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
Tablespoon of Vanilla Ice Cream
Red Rock Drioma

Add all ingredients except the Red Rock Drioma into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled goblet, top with Red Rock Drioma.
