1 oz High West 7000' 1.5 oz Tanquery 10 0.75 oz Mint Simple Syrup 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice 0.5 oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2 Barspoons Fernet 3 Drops Orange Blossom Water 1 Egg White 2 oz Chilled Fever Tree Soda Water Mint Sprig Garnish Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice and vigorously shake until chilled. Strain back into the cocktail shaker, discard the ice, and shake again (reverse dry shake). Double strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda water until soda reaches the brim of the glass. Let drink sit for 2 minutes and top with more soda water to create a foam head. Garnish with a mint sprig. |
