Lauraceae HandShake

1 oz American Prairie Bourbon
1 oz Wray & Nephew Rum
0.25 oz Avocado
1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Coconut Milk
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
Barspoon Crème de Cacao
Pineapple & Brandied Cherries Garnish

Muddle avocado in a shaker. Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice and garnish with fresh pineapple and brandied cherries.
