1.5 oz American Prairie Bourbon
0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Pineapple Fronds Garnish

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into an Dead Man’s Boots glass with cube ice and garnish with 3 pineapple fronds.
