1 oz High West 7000'
0.75 oz Loganberry Liqueur
0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Bouvet Rosé
Orchid Flower Garnish

Add all ingredients except rosé into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled champagne glass and top with Bouvet Rosé. Garnish with an orchid flower.
