robber's roost reviver

0.5 oz American Prairie Bourbon
1 oz Ron Zacapa Rum
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
0.25 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
0.25 oz Fresh Ginger Juice
0.5 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz Fever Tree Soda Water
Angostura Bitters and Mint Sprig Garnish

Add all ingredients except Rum and Angostura Bitters to a Collins glass with crushed ice and swizzle. Pour rum and Angostura Bitters over the top of the finished cocktail and garnish with a mint sprig.
