| 1 oz American Prairie Bourbon 1 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal 0.5 oz High West Barrel Aged Maple Syrup 0.5 oz Kabosu Juice 0.5 oz Sudachi Ponzu Juice 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice 3 Slices Cucumber 4 Pieces Diced Watermelon Cucumber Slice Garnish Muddle cucumber and watermelon in a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.
