1.5 oz American Prairie Bourbon
0.5 oz Matcha Tea Syrup
0.25 oz Creme de Menthe
0.50 oz Branca Menta
0.50 oz Dolin Blanc
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Soda Water
Mint Sprig Garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig.
