1.5 oz High West Silver Oat
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz High West Lemonade
1.25 oz Beet Simple Syrup
Barspoon Fernet
Barspoon Peychaud's Bitters
3 Slices Fresh Ginger
Candied Ginger Garnish

Muddle fresh ginger a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into an Old fashioned glass over cube ice and garnish with candied ginger
