High West Distillery remains committed to providing a safe environment for our employees and guests.
While adhering to Covid-19 safety measures is our standard, we have made what we feel is the responsible decision to close our Park City Saloon and general store location this week to address Covid-19 exposure.
We plan to re-open Friday, January 22nd after a professional sanitization and deep clean. Our Distillery location in Wanship and The Nelson Cottage in Park City will remain open with regular business hours.

0.75 oz Double Rye! 1 oz Mango OFTD 0.25 oz Demerara 0.5 oz Madeira Barspoon Mango Brandy 3 Dashes Timbimboo Bitters (equal parts Elemankule, Peychaud's, Angostura) Absinthe Rinse
Chill an old fashioned glass with ice. Meanwhile, add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, then stir until chilled. Discard the ice in your old fashioned glass, rinse the glass with absinthe, then strain in the cocktail with no ice. Express a lemon twist over the drink to garnish.
