0.75 oz American Prairie Bourbon
0.75 oz El Dorado 12-Year-Old Rum
0.25 oz Oloroso Sherry
Barspoon Calamansi Juice
0.75 oz Curry Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Kefir Yogurt
Star Anise Garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with star anise.
