0.5 oz Oloroso Sherry
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
0.25 oz Allspice Dram
0.25 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Ballast Point High West Barrel Aged Victory at Sea
Chill an Old Fashioned glass. Add all ingredients except Ballast Point Barrel Aged Victory at Sea into a cocktail shaker and shake with cube ice. Discard ice from Old Fashioned glass, double strain into the chilled Old Fashioned glass, top with Victory at Sea.
