DISTILLERY TOURS

Wednesday - Sunday 10:30am-3:30pm MT.
Tours start on the hour, every hour.


Join us for a tour of our state-of-the-art distillery with one of our Whiskey Experts! We'll walk you through our distillation process and you'll get to see our blending, aging & bottling operations first-hand. Find out about the story of High West & the unique history of whiskey in Utah. Tours generally take around 45 minutes & you are welcome to join us in our tasting room following your tour for an optional guided tasting of our most popular whiskeys. Alcohol is not included and must be purchased separately.

Our tours leave promptly, so please allow for an additional 15 minutes of travel time as we do ask guests to take our shuttle from the lower parking area.

Reservations are strongly recommended, as tours book up fast.

EVENTS AT THE DISTILLERY

The Distillery offers a scenic backdrop for your event. Whether a corporate event, wedding, or private tour and tasting, High West Distillery provides a full-service experience for your guests. 

The Distillery can comfortably seat 65 guests for a plated style event and 92 guests for a buffet style event indoors.

With the use of our deck seating, we can serve 80 guests for a plated style event and 125 for a buffet style event.

We can accommodate 150-250 guests for a cocktail reception event.
