High West Distillery is Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, located at 7,000-feet elevation in the stunning Wasatch Mountains in historic Old Town Park City. High West brings the adventurous spirit of the Great American West to the art of making extraordinary whiskey. Our passion for whiskey extends to ryes and bourbons, vodkas, mixed cocktail blends, and, coming soon, our own exclusive whiskeys. Because we’re not the type to sit still for long, we’re always experimenting with new tastes and flavor profiles, which translates into our fantastic limited edition whiskeys every year.
